I had been photographing a fox family at the for a few weeks and the one morning I went up to hopefully catch them out, as I approached I noticed the vixen dropping off something and then leaving again. Once I got a little closer is when I saw the fox kit trying to pull a chicken that the mother had just brought, into the den. The little guy was trying to pull it width wise through a small opening as you can see in the picture so it wasn't quite working out for him. Thats when I noticed his eyes, so piercing and focused I immediately starting taking pictures. This one is cropped pretty tightly to keep the image as clean as possibly even though it is nature, sometimes it can be tough to witness.
